1. What affinova.ai is

affinova.ai is an AI-powered assistant on WhatsApp, operated by Skyblue Group ("affinova.ai", "we"), that helps you discover and book everyday services — restaurants, food delivery, taxis and rides, salons and spas, clinics, home services, and fitness — from partner businesses and connected booking platforms ("Venues"). By messaging affinova.ai you accept these Terms.

2. Free for customers

affinova.ai is 100% free for customers. We charge you no booking fee, service fee, or subscription — and we will tell you clearly if that ever changes before it applies to you. You pay Venues directly for the services you actually consume (your meal, ride, haircut, treatment), at their prices.

3. How bookings work

affinova.ai always confirms with you before placing any booking ("Shall I book it? yes/no").
A booking exists when affinova.ai sends you a confirmation with a reference.
Reminders and follow-ups are sent automatically unless you opt out (text STOP).
Ride fare figures are estimates, not fixed quotes — the final fare is set by the fleet/driver's meter or tariff.
If no slot is available, affinova.ai may offer alternative times, a waitlist place, or a human specialist. Waitlist offers expire if unanswered and pass to the next customer.

4. Cancellations, reschedules & no-shows

You can cancel or reschedule any time by saying so in the chat.
Cancelling within 2 hours of the appointment start is recorded as a late cancellation.
Not turning up is recorded as a no-show. Venues may decline future bookings from customers with repeated late cancellations or no-shows, and repeated abuse may lead to suspension from affinova.ai.
Venues can decline a booking (e.g. unexpected closure). If that happens we tell you immediately and a specialist helps rebook you. affinova.ai is not liable for a Venue's cancellation, quality of service, or pricing.

5. Fair use

Use affinova.ai for genuine bookings only. Spam, harassment of staff or Venues, fraudulent bookings, or automated flooding of the service are prohibited and may result in blocking.
You must be 18+ and use a WhatsApp number you own.

6. Our role & liability

affinova.ai is a booking intermediary. The service you book is provided by the Venue under the Venue's own terms; the contract for the meal/ride/treatment is between you and the Venue.
affinova.ai's AI confirms details with you before booking, but conversational AI can make mistakes — please check the confirmation message. Our liability for any claim related to the free customer service is limited to the maximum extent permitted by UAE law.
We are not responsible for WhatsApp outages, Venue performance, or events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Partner businesses

Venues join affinova.ai under a separate Partner Agreement covering monthly retainers, commissions/referral fees, VAT tax invoicing, payment terms, booking obligations (including timely decline), data handling, and termination. The summary pricing shown on our Partners page is indicative; the signed agreement prevails.

8. Privacy

Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy under UAE PDPL. In-chat shortcuts: STOP (pause notifications), START (resume), DELETE (erase your data).

9. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. You can stop using affinova.ai at any time — texting DELETE removes your data. We may suspend accounts that break Section 5.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.
